The "Intelligence Services" and "Metric Portal" provided by GobiMetric Group are designed for strategic business planning. All content, including but not limited to visualizations, statistical models, and market trend reports, is the intellectual property of GobiMetric Group.
You are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable, and revocable license to view the materials for internal business analysis. Redistribution to third parties, sub-licensing, or using our intelligence to build competing data products is strictly prohibited.

Users rely on our intelligence outputs at their own risk. Strategic decisions should be corroborated with internal financial audits. GobiMetric Group disclaims all liability for financial losses, missed opportunities, or operational setbacks resulting from the interpretation of our metrics.
Prohibited Conduct
- Injecting malicious code, interfering with server response times, or attempting unauthorized access to client databases.
- Misrepresenting your association with the Group or using our branding to validate external third-party claims.
Modifications to Service
We reserve the right to modify or discontinue any metric stream, data visualization, or insight service without prior notice. As technical capabilities evolve, GobiMetric Group will update these terms to reflect new standards of digital governance.
